Nexa Messaging Console is operated by Frontier Global Services LLC. Access is provisioned by an administrator for authorized company users. There is no public self-registration.
Connected mailboxes
Use Google Workspace mailboxes assigned to your account. Google authorization lets Nexa read and synchronize messages, retrieve attachments, and send the emails you request.
Conversations and campaigns
View sent and received messages, manage templates and broadcasts, and follow replies from one console. Administrators control mailbox assignments and sending quotas.
Delivery evidence
Inspect provider acceptance, failures and available receiving-mailbox evidence. Domain owners can connect Google Postmaster traffic metrics. These metrics do not reveal every recipient’s Inbox or Spam placement.
How Google data is used
Mailbox access supports the email features you authorize. A separate Postmaster authorization provides domain-level traffic statistics. Nexa does not use Google data for advertising or training generalized AI models. Smartlead, when configured separately, is used for mailbox warmup rather than Nexa business sending.
