Privacy policy
This policy describes how Frontier Global Services LLC (Wyoming, United States), the operator of Nexa Messaging Console, handles information through this service. Contact us at client@aldenvolt.com.
Information we process
- Account identifiers, assigned roles and mailboxes, authentication records and administrative activity.
- For connected Google mailboxes: email addresses, headers, subjects, message bodies, attachments, labels, conversation identifiers, sent and received timestamps, and available delivery or failure evidence.
- Google authorization credentials needed to maintain the connection, stored on the server rather than exposed to other users.
- For separately authorized Postmaster domain owners: domain identifiers, daily traffic metrics and available compliance status.
- Templates, recipient lists and campaign content supplied by users, plus operational logs needed to secure and operate the service.
Why we use this information
We use this information to authenticate users, synchronize assigned mailboxes, display email conversations, send requested messages, manage campaigns and quotas, identify failures, report available domain-health evidence, provide support and prevent misuse. Email sending occurs through the connected provider. Nexa does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Google API data and Limited Use
Nexa Messaging Console’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the features requested by the user or authorized workspace administrator. Staff access is restricted to authorized support, security or operational needs permitted by that policy.
Access and service providers
Workspace administrators can view and manage the accounts and communications they administer. Seats can access messages associated with their authorized mailbox assignments; reassigning a mailbox does not grant the new seat access to the former seat’s private history. Google provides the connected email and Postmaster APIs. Cloudflare provides application hosting and private object storage, and Supabase provides the PostgreSQL database. These services process information to operate Nexa, not for sale or advertising. Smartlead warmup, if used by your organization, is configured separately with its own mailbox permissions.
Storage and security
We use encrypted network connections, server-side credential protection, private message and attachment storage, and account-level access controls. The current application uses Cloudflare infrastructure and a Supabase database in Singapore; processing may take place outside your country. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Email-seat messages and attachments are retained for ongoing conversation history and are not subject to the SMS service’s automatic expiry cleanup. They remain until an authorized deletion request is processed or the service applies an applicable retention requirement. Operational and security records, required financial records and backup copies may remain for their applicable retention or recovery purposes. Disconnecting Google access stops future access but does not automatically delete already synchronized records.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact client@aldenvolt.com from an account we can verify. Specify the workspace and mailbox concerned; do not send passwords. We will verify authority and address the request, explaining any records that must be retained. You may also revoke Nexa access in your Google Account connections. Revoking Nexa does not delete the original mailbox or provider-held records.
Cookies and third-party links
Nexa uses necessary session cookies to maintain sign-in and protect account access. Public pages contain links to Google and other providers whose own policies apply on their sites.
