Service terms

Nexa Messaging Console is operated by Frontier Global Services LLC, Wyoming, United States. These terms describe authorized use of the console. Contact client@aldenvolt.com for support.

Authorized access

Accounts are created by an administrator. Use only accounts, mailboxes, domains and recipient data you are authorized to access. Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Messaging responsibilities

You are responsible for your messages, recipient permissions and compliance with applicable laws and provider policies. Do not use the service for deception, impersonation, phishing, abusive messaging, or attempts to bypass opt-outs or sending limits. Administrators may restrict or suspend access to address misuse or security concerns.

Connected services and status

Email sending, delivery and traffic metrics depend on Google and other connected services. Provider acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery, inbox placement or a reply. Quotas and availability can change. Domain metrics may be delayed or absent, particularly at low volume.

Your information

You retain responsibility for the content you provide and authorize us to process it to deliver the requested service. See our privacy policy for Google data use, access, retention, revocation and deletion requests.

Service changes and support

Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or security. Any commercial or billing arrangement is governed by the applicable agreement with your administrator or the operator. For access or service issues, contact client@aldenvolt.com.
